1) Making & Installation of Stand
- If the exhibitor comes to a decision to install the stand himself/herself, the plan of the stand must be delivered to the organizer 30 days before starting date of the exhibition.
- The contractor should be introduced to the organizer and as soon as the organizer's confirmation and submission of the deposit (at least 50% of the total charges) the installation will be started.
- Organizer must adjust any changes in plan.
- Every executive action and decoration will take place 24 hours before the inauguration and the empty boxes should be sent out of the exhibition space.
- Any damage to the exhibition buildings, parts or any of the fixtures & fittings shall indemnify the organizer in respect of the expert's view.
- The organizer will arrange the cleaning of the outdoor and indoor areas but the stalls should be cleaned by the exhibitors every morning before opening of the halls.

2) Safety & Security
- Exhibitors are required to carry out the necessary measures for safe keeping of their goods and precious exhibits against fire and other unpredictable events.
- Exhibitors must remove out all flammable materials such as empty boxes and packing materials from the exhibition place and avoid keeping them on the route of electricity cable or back of panels.
- Organizer will advice place for the storage of unnecessary materials.
- Organizer will tolerate any damage made by him.
- Naked lights or any flame-producing articles are prohibited from storage in the halls. Neither oil nor other types of fuel can be stored on the site.

3) Move in/out of the Goods
- Secretariat Dep. must be informed by the exhibitors, of the list of goods, their quantity and weight in addition to the above items at last 15 days before moving in.
- Move in/out of goods to/from the exhibition must be done based on the instruction of the organizer.
- The exhibitors would be in charge of all costs as shipment & clearance from the customs to the exhibition place.
- Organizer would introduce a forwarder and custom contractor to the exhibitors.

4) Additional Services
- The exhibitor should pay the total charges of water, phone and electricity according to his usage during the exhibition.

5) Cancelling Contract
- If the exhibitor cancels the contract within 30 days before the exhibition date, the organizer will pay back 50% of the total charges to him, but after 30 days to the exhibition, the organizer will not return any payment.
